URL Shortener

Hello people,

Welcome to our week four Portfolio bootcamp. This week we are asked to create a URL Shortener, option were given and we went with option 1 . We are to work with the Backend(nodeJs) team and the Quality Assurance team. The Backend team are to create the API for the URL Shortener and the Quality Assurance team are to test the functionality and ensure 100% compliance with the design.

The major aim of creating this project is to allow a user convert a long web URL into an encoded small URL that can be easily remembered.

Final Results

The entire process has been great so far, learning new things every week, started from building interfaces to applying API on projects. It can only get better from here.
